What does the initial surgical consultation include?
A consultation with MUDr. Kašpar, an examination, evaluation of the results and the diagnosis. You leave with a treatment plan and, if surgery is suitable, with its date.
How long will I wait for surgery?
The time from diagnosis to the procedure is usually no more than two weeks.
How long will I stay at the clinic?
Operations are done as day surgery, and the stay at the clinic does not exceed 24 hours.
Does health insurance cover the operation?
No. HR Clinic is a private clinic and patients pay for their care themselves. We will tell you the price of the procedure at the consultation, depending on the findings and the scope of the procedure.
Do you treat acute conditions?
No. The clinic performs planned procedures and is not an emergency service. In an acute case, call the emergency service on 155.
What if I need rehabilitation after surgery?
We plan recovery and rehabilitation together. If a longer hospital stay is needed, we arrange follow-up rehabilitation at the Dačice Rehabilitation Institute, covered by public health insurance.
