A fast and superior path
to pain-free movement

Do you need to return quickly to your life and movement and desire high-quality care in a modern environment? Then we are the right choice for you.

What can you rely on with us?

Speed

We arrange surgery within two weeks of the initial examination and diagnosis. The subsequent surgical procedure and associated stay at the clinic will not exceed 24 hours.

Top Expertise

You will be guided through the entire orthopedic process, from the first consultation and diagnosis to the surgery itself, by an internationally recognized orthopedist – Professor Radek Hart. For surgical procedures, you can rely on the experienced surgeon Martin Kašpar.

Individual Approach

We take into account the specifics of every injury and condition. From start to finish, we approach you individually and communicate all procedures with you.

Follow-up rehabilitation care

We will not leave you on your own after your surgery. We always work together to establish a recovery and rehabilitation plan. Should a longer hospital stay be required, we will arrange follow-up rehabilitative care at the Dačice Rehabilitation Institute, which is covered by public health insurance.

State-of-the-art Treatment Methods

This procedure involves the examination of the knee joint using fine optics (“gentle” arthroscopy), potentially combined with a minor surgical intervention. It is performed solely under local anesthesia (without general or spinal anesthesia), and without the need for a preoperative examination by a primary care physician. Our facility is equipped with the most advanced nanoscopic equipment featuring high-resolution optics.
In a high percentage of cases, lumbar pain originates from the small joints of the spine, from which numerous thin nerve endings carrying pain stimuli emerge. Interrupting these endings provides patients with long-term or even permanent pain relief. As one of the first facilities in the Czech Republic, we offer minimally invasive (endoscopic) procedures of this type.
Stem cell therapy represents a modern trend in many branches of medicine today. Its use in orthopedics primarily consists of treating early joint wear (adipose-derived stem cells) and supporting bone healing (bone marrow-derived stem cells). We offer our clients both of these modalities as the only facility in the Czech Republic.
Blood plasma with a very high concentration of platelets (more than 12 times higher than blood levels) and with the almost complete exclusion of white blood cells represents one of the most effective methods for treating early stages of joint wear (osteoarthritis) today. It can only be obtained using special centrifugation equipment. Our facility is one of the few in the Czech Republic equipped with the Angel system, which enables the preparation of blood plasma processed in this manner.
Bone healing (fracture healing) occurs in several phases, the progress of which could not be accelerated until recently. Today, a revolutionary system using low-intensity pulsed ultrasound accelerates fracture healing by nearly 40% and helps heal 85% of non-unions (unhealed fractures), all through a 20-minute daily application from the comfort of home. This system is not distributed in the Czech Republic. We can arrange its purchase for our clients.
Pain in the lumbar and gluteal regions is among the frequent complaints of patients. There can be many causes, and their clarification and treatment may not be easy. Abroad, targeted infiltrations (“injections”) under X-ray guidance are among the first-choice methods. We offer our clients this option in the clean environment of our super-aseptic operating theaters.

Arthrosis is not just the wear and tear of cartilage; it also involves the simultaneous affliction of the adjacent bone. Currently, treatment options for arthrosis are expanding to include further modalities, such as the use of an external apparatus for cartilage regeneration or intraosseous injections to strengthen and regenerate the bone beneath the affected cartilage.

Foot and ankle

The ankle and foot are among the most complex structures of our musculoskeletal system. Therefore, treating their conditions requires specialized knowledge and skills. For this reason, the specialization of foot and ankle surgery has developed within orthopedics. Experts in this field must have precise knowledge of the anatomy, function, and pathological states of individual parts of the foot and ankle to provide the best possible help to their patients.

Are you suffering from shoulder joint instability, bone defects, tendon damage, shoulder osteoarthritis, or unspecifiable shoulder pain?

Do you need help with tennis or golfer’s elbow, are you struggling with elbow stiffness, rheumatism, rotational stiffness, or any other elbow condition?

Do you need assistance with chronic or acute pain in the lower back and buttocks, are you struggling with back stiffness or pain radiating into the lower limbs, or are you troubled by any issues in the lumbar spine area?
Are you dealing with the consequences of a hand or wrist injury, ligament and tendon injuries, or are you addressing degenerative, developmental, or rheumatic diseases? Our clinic will help you restore full functionality and relieve pain, even in cases of poor finger mobility, osteoarthritis, wrist instability, or improperly healed fractures.

Are you addressing knee joint injuries – menisci, cartilage, or ligaments, or are you troubled by developmental or post-traumatic changes or osteoarthritis?

Are you limited by foot conditions such as deformities, wear and tear, flat feet, Achilles tendon problems, instability, post-traumatic states, and more?

How can we help you in the field of surgery?

Foot Anatomy

The foot is a very complex structure consisting of 26 bones, 33 joints, and more than 100 muscles, tendons, and ligaments. These structures work together harmoniously to enable walking, running, and jumping.

The forefoot consists of five metatarsal bones and 14 phalanges. Typical disorders in this area include forefoot deformities such as hallux valgus and hammer toes.
The metatarsus connects the forefoot with the hindfoot and consists of five long bones called metatarsals. Problems such as metatarsalgia (pain in the metatarsal area) and signs of wear and tear often occur here.
The hindfoot consists of the heel (calcaneus) and the ankle bone (talus). Conditions such as heel spurs, Achilles tendon problems, and ankle joint instability often occur in this area.
The ankle joint itself consists of the upper and lower ankle joints. It connects the foot to the lower leg and enables foot movement. Signs of wear (osteoarthritis), instability, and post-traumatic states can occur here.

The complex structure of the foot requires detailed knowledge of its anatomy and function to accurately diagnose and effectively treat conditions. Each area of the foot can have specific problems that need to be addressed individually.

Diagnostics of Foot and Ankle Disorders

How is a diagnosis made?

Diagnostics of ankle and foot disorders are based on a thorough clinical examination and X-rays, including specialized imaging methods. Supporting diagnostic methods include:

Are you looking for an orthopedist who specializes in foot surgery?

Conservative Treatment

Many ankle and foot conditions can be treated conservatively. Both traditional methods and state-of-the-art procedures are used.

Surgical Treatment

However, a significant portion of these conditions requires surgical intervention. Here, the experience of a specialized orthopedist in the field of foot surgery is decisive.

The choice of treatment method is always individual, based on a thorough diagnosis and taking into account the specific needs of each patient.
