Znojmo is Professor Hart’s hometown. He has never left it; it is a matter of the heart for him. He also perceives its good accessibility to Vienna as an advantage, which was and is essential for his professional development. Today, he connects both locations so that the experience from Viennese workplaces is reflected in the care in Znojmo (faster organization, less traffic, more individual management) while also having space for procedures or methods tied to the Austrian environment and regulations.
